KKAUNHAI deploys across a whole building, a chain of clinics or a fleet as the same software that runs a single flat. Each entrance, vehicle, desk or room is an endpoint with its own routing rules, hours and visitor log. Rolling out to a hundred more doors is a print job.

Where it deploys
Societies and gated communities
Hundreds of flats per deployment with no wiring cost and no shared intercom to maintain. Route a visitor to the flat they actually came for, not to a guard who then phones ahead.
Co-living and managed housing
Route a visitor to whoever currently holds the room or desk booking. Endpoints reassign when the occupant changes, without reprinting anything at the building entrance.
Clinics and boutique offices
A virtual receptionist where staffing one is uneconomical. Business-hours routing, and after-hours rules that answer honestly instead of ringing an empty room.
Retail and shopfronts
A shutter that can be reached when it is down. Deliveries, service calls and suppliers get a live channel without anyone publishing a personal mobile number.
Transport and fleets
Warehouses and consignees reach the driver in one scan from a windscreen or tailgate sticker — no number on the dashboard, no dispatcher in the middle.
What you should know before you deploy
- You are the Data Fiduciary
- Where you deploy across an organisation, you are the Data Fiduciary for personal data of your residents, employees, members and visitors; we act as Data Processor on your documented instructions. A separate Data Processing Addendum governs that relationship, including security measures, sub-processors, assistance with data-principal requests and breach notification.
- Approvals are yours to hold
- You confirm you have the approvals required to deploy across the premises — managing committee resolutions, consents of residents or occupants, and any landlord or licensor permissions — and that you will notify the individuals concerned as the law requires.
- Recording on common areas has conditions
- Recording must not be enabled on shared or common-area endpoints without a documented lawful basis and notice to affected individuals. It must never be enabled at clinics and consultation rooms, changing or treatment areas, washrooms, schools, crèches, paediatric practices or tuition centres.
- It is not a security system
- KKAUNHAI answers a door. It does not lock, unlock, monitor or physically secure anything, it is not an access-control system, and it must never be relied on for emergencies. It sits alongside your physical security, not in place of it.
